I've decided to start my own Personal Chef company, Lavish to Lite Bites. It's exciting and a bit overwhelming right now, as I think about all the steps that need to be taken before I put a plate of something delicious in front of my first "Lavish to Lite Bites" customer. This blog will serve as a documentary of sorts in my adventure of starting my own company.
